Safari JOBS is searching for a highly accurate, deadline-driven Academic Administrator for a regulated academic training environment where precision, compliance and audit-ready records are essential. This is not a general administrative support role. It is a compliance-focused academic administration role where student registrations, learner records, results, moderation files, QMS (quality management systems) processes and audit documentation must be accurate, complete and maintained on time, in line with the requirements of multiple regulatory and accreditation bodies. The successful candidate will form a central part of the academic administration function, supporting student registrations, student data capture and verification, LMS administration (learner management systems), results capture, training pack preparation, student feedback coordination, moderation files, QMS adherence and audit readiness. This role is suited to someone who works carefully, checks information properly, manages deadlines proactively and understands the importance of confidential student information. Accuracy is critical, as errors in registrations, results, records or audit documentation can create regulatory, operational and reputational risk. The ideal candidate will be calm, highly organised, systems-minded and an excellent communicator, with a strong eye for detail and a disciplined approach to structured processes. You should be confident verifying information against source documents, maintaining accurate records, communicating clearly, flagging delays or discrepancies early, and keeping academic documentation complete, current and in excellent order at all times. Register students with the appropriate regulatory / training bodies within required deadlines; Capture; verify, secure, analyse and report on student data across the learner lifecycle; Maintain accurate student records, learner files and LMS information; Verify student data against source documents and flag incomplete or incorrect information; Capture results accurately and cross-check entries before publication; Maintain moderation files, academic records and audit-ready documentation; Support QMS adherence, document control, records management and non-conformance tracking; Assist with audit preparation and ensure required records are complete, current and accessible; Prepare and distribute student training packs before course start; Coordinate the collection and routing of student feedback; Prepare monthly student data and compliance-related reports; Assist with LMS updates, student support, course content uploads and data integrity checks; Monitor regulatory communications and flag relevant changes or deadlines; Coordinate with the Training Manager, outsourced Academic Manager, trainers, camp coordinators and placements function where required. ???????????? / ??????? / ???? ?????
