About the Role
A Stunning property is seeking a Management Couple to work alongside our General Manager, supporting the day-to-day operations of a 5-star hotel. We are looking for an experienced Senior Management Couple to join our team and contribute their expertise in managing high-end properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- Collaborate with the General Manager to implement strategic plans and goals
- Oversee departmental performance, providing coaching and support as needed
- Maintain strong relationships with guests, colleagues, and external partners
- Perform other duties as assigned by the General Manager
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years experience in 5-star properties
- Own transport and Valid drivers licence (essential)
- Strong team management and time management skills
- Creative; out-of-the-box thinking with the ability to think on their feet
- Able to work independently without supervision
- Outgoing personalities with strong guest engagement and hosting skills
Qualifications
- Him: FGASA Level 1 Marine (or Level 1 with Marine to be completed within 6 months of employment)
- All guiding qualifications must be up to date and valid
- First Aid Level 1
- Strong maintenance and vehicle maintenance skills
- Excellent hosting skills
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
Qualifications (Her)
- Strong hosting skills
- All-rounder knowledge across departments (advantageous)
- PAN knowledge (essential)
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Basic HR knowledge
- Strong administrative skills
Salary & Benefits
Market-related salary, Accommodation, Food allowance (company-funded), 21 days annual leave, Uniform provided, Provident fund (after 3 months), 13th cheque (dependent on company performance)
