About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Head Chef to join our award-winning team in Stellenbosch. As the culinary leader, you will be responsible for overseeing daily kitchen operations and production, while introducing an innovative and unique signature cuisine that sets us apart from the competition.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and production
- Develop and implement menus that showcase light and elegant cuisine
- Manage staff and oversee guest requests, including special dietary requirements
- Maintain high standards of quality and service
- Introduce a new signature cuisine for the Summer 2027 season
Requirements
- Experience as a Head Chef at EatOut Top 20 establishments
- Formal Cheffing Qualification with at least 4 – 6 years management experience
- Excellent in managing staff and overseeing guest requests
- Highly proficient in ENGLISH both written and verbally
- Exceptional organizational and planning skills
