DUTY MANAGER STELLENBOSCH
Salary: Market Related
We are seeking an experienced and passionate Duty Manager to join a prestigious hospitality establishment in Stellenbosch. The successful candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure while maintaining the highest standards of service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily guest relations operations and ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain exceptional standards of service, cleanliness, and maintenance.
- Handle guest queries promptly and professionally.
- Assist with staff training, onboarding, and roster management.
- Attend daily operational meetings and support employee relations.
- Ensure policies and procedures are consistently followed.
- Perform Guest Relations and Night Audit duties when required.
- Build strong working relationships across all departments.
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 with a Diploma/Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism.
- 23 years’ experience in a front office or guest relations role.
- Passion for the hospitality industry and delivering exceptional service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact confidently with distinguished clientele.
- Strong administration and computer skills.
- Professional appearance with a warm and friendly personality.
- High levels of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Flexible and willing to work night shifts.
