About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our growing team at JF Paints DULUX in Upington. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing clients. Your goal will be to drive sales and achieve revenue targets while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to clients, highlighting their benefits and value.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position our offerings.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High school diploma required (Matric).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous.
