About the Role

Time Personnel is seeking a highly skilled Client Support Administrator to join their team in the Western Cape region. As a key member of the support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to clients across various financial services industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Offering high-quality customer support
  • Building sound customer relations
  • Responding to client and internal emails promptly and effectively
  • Maintaining organised records and filing systems
  • Assisting with general administrative duties as required
  • Supporting the team with ad hoc tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Attending continuous training courses within the financial services industry

Requirements

  • Matric
  • 2-3 years’ experience in an administrative support role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel nationally from time to time
