Qualifications
- LLB degree or equivalent legal qualification
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years’ legal experience, preferably in litigation, professional indemnity, or legal risk environments
- Experience supervising staff or leading a small team
- Experience working with case management or diary management systems will be advantageous

- Timely monitoring of prescription -related matters
- Accuracy and completeness of system records

Key Responsibilities:
System Oversight and risk monitoring:
- Supervise the daily operation of Prescription Alert.
- Communicate with various internal and external stakeholders such as Legal Practice Council, legal practitioners.
- Ensure that matters affected by prescription are properly captured, monitored and updated to finality.
- Monitor system alerts/ reminders and prescription related risks.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of information captured by registered firms.
- Identify potential risk exposures and escalate where appropriate.
Supervision and team management:
- Manage and support a team of three staff members responsible for system monitoring and administration.
- Allocate work, monitor performance, and ensure adherence to minimum operating standards.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and ongoing training to team members.
- Ensure that system queries and issues are resolved timeously.
