About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Crane Administrator to join our team in Witbank, South Africa. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to a logistics company that specializes in crane hire services.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process quotations, job cards, and invoices
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Manage and maintain reliable transport and valid driver’s license
Requirements
- Matric certificate or equivalent
- Tertiary certificate or diploma (advantageous)
- Proficient in Pastel and MS Office
- 3 Years’ experience in a similar role in a logistics or crane hire environment
- Proven knowledge on preparing and processing quotations, job cards, and invoices
