About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Trade Marketing Project Manager to lead and deliver trade marketing projects across South Africa for our FMCG client. The successful candidate will own the full project lifecycle, ensuring consistent in-store execution across all retail channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 5 years of experience in project management, retail rollout, or FMCG.
  • Own the full project lifecycle including planning, production, logistics, installation, and handover.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, risks, and delivery across multiple projects.
  • Coordinate between brand owners, retail partners, and internal teams.
  • Oversee installations, contractors, and site readiness.
  • Manage change control regarding scope, cost, and approvals.
  • Maintain master plans, weekly RAG reports, action logs, RAID logs, and decision logs.
  • Support shop-in-shop rollouts and pilot installs where needed.

Requirements

  • 5 years of experience in project management, retail rollout, or FMCG.
  • Proven experience delivering multi-site retail projects.
