About the Role

We are seeking experienced Insurance Sales Specialists to join our team, responsible for generating new business through face-to-face sales and presentations. The ideal candidate will have strong lead generation skills and a proven track record of selling short-term insurance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive needs analysis with prospective clients
  • Discharge on the advice of clients
  • Meet minimum requirements of 4 written policies per month
  • Achieve 5 referrals per month
  • Engage in face-to-face presentations

Requirements

  • Strong lead generation skills
  • Ability to sell short-term insurance face-to-face
  • Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in selling short-term insurance (commercial and personal lines)
  • Matric/Grade 12 qualification
  • 120 FAIS Credits
  • FAIS Regulatory examination for Representatives (RE5) or RE1 certification
  • Minimum of 12 CPD points
