About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Receptionist to join our team at The President Hotel. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming experience that lasts long after their stay.
Key Responsibilities
- Create First Impressions That Last: Welcome guests with warmth, confidence and professionalism.
- Deliver Smooth Check-ins and Check-outs: Handle guest enquiries and requests with care and attention.
- Manage Front Desk Operations: Accurately capture guest details and process transactions on OPERA PMS, ensuring billing accuracy and following all front office procedures.
- Maintain Organisation and Control: Keep the front desk running smoothly during busy service periods.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Hotel Receptionist within a large hotel environment.
- Strong, hands-on OPERA PMS experience (essential).
- Experience within a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
- Computer literacy including OPERA PMS and Microsoft Office.
- Well-presented with a polished, professional approach.

- Matric or equivalent qualification.
