About the Role
Flair TM is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer to join their team in East London, responsible for developing and executing graphic design strategies that align with property marketing and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute graphic design strategies aligned with property marketing and business objectives.
- Design high-quality digital marketing content, print material, and branded collateral for property developments.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms, campaigns, and property portfolios.
- Utilise AI design tools for creative ideation, image generation, adaptive design, and campaign optimisation.
- Analyse and optimise campaign performance using marketing analytics, A/B testing, and data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with marketing, digital, and property teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to creative team development and training.
- Stay current with graphic design trends, digital marketing trends, competitor analysis, and emerging creative technologies.
Requirements
- Degree or relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or Digital Design.
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within property marketing, real estate, creative agencies, or B2B environments.
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital design, print design, branding, and video content.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience with AI-assisted graphic design tools and workflows.
Skills and Attributes
- Ability to translate marketing strategies and property development objectives into compelling visual content.
- Strong creativity with high attention to detail and brand accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing environment with multiple deadlines.
