About the Role
Silverlight Research is a London-based expert network offering institutional investors, private equity firms, hedge funds, consulting firms, and corporate strategy teams access to independent industry experts for strategic decision-making. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Caller to join our team based in South Africa. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for connecting with potential and existing clients, communicating effectively with industry experts, and facilitating engagement processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to connect with potential and existing clients
- Explain the company’s services to leads and prospects
- Qualify leads and schedule consultations
- Maintain accurate client records
- Meet sales targets and work towards achieving a competitive target
Requirements
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and active listening skills
- At least 1 year of Sales experience
- Lead generation expertise
- Proficiency in client relationship management (CRM) systems
- Organizational skills, multitasking, time management, and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of market research, data collection, and industry analysis techniques
