About the Role
The Commercial Creditors Controller role at Jobs 4 All involves managing supplier accounts, processing invoices, and ensuring timely payments. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and providing administrative support to various departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all tax invoices are properly authorised and supported by relevant documentation
- Accurately and timeously capture and process supplier invoices
- Reconcile creditor accounts to supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
- Manage accruals for monthly and contracted expenses
- Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices, queries, and discrepancies
- Ensure all payments are made within agreed credit terms
- Maintain accurate records of supplier payment history
- Prepare and maintain reports, statements, and supporting documentation
- Address and resolve payment discrepancies, disputes, and billing issues
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers as required
- Take full responsibility for the management of supplier accounts
- Provide administrative support to the Stock and Delivery departments
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Perform ad hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Valid Code 8 driver’s licence
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
