About the Role
Our client in Umdloti-Durban is urgently seeking an experienced and driven Beauty Spa/Salon Manager to lead their team, deliver exceptional client experience, and help their business grow. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, budget, and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a high-performing team
- Deliver exceptional client experience
- Oversee daily operations
- Manage Social Media accounts and digital engagement
- Create content for social media platforms
- Work 5 day week with 2 days off during the course of the week, including 2 weekend days
Requirements
- Beauty Spa/Salon qualifications (MUST)
- 3-5 years of working experience in a busy Spa/Salon in a Management position
- Computer literacy (Excel, Word, Email, etc.)
- Strong Administrative skills
- Excellent Salesperson with a strong record of training and leading people
- Product knowledge of LAMelle, Heliocare & ESSE & Lola-Lee is a bonus
Qualifications
- Formal education/certifications in Beauty Spa/Salon management (MUST be specified)
Salary & Benefits
- 10% Commission on Retail or do a Treatment (must have relevant qualifications and experience)
