About the Role
This Senior Financial Accountant position offers a structured and professional environment where excellence and development are prioritised, providing strong exposure to financial reporting, compliance, and strategic input.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements
- Ensure compliance with IFRS and relevant regulatory requirements
- Perform and review complex reconciliations and journal entries
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Manage audit processes and liaise with external auditors
- Support continuous improvement of financial processes and controls
Requirements
- BCom Degree with completed Articles (essential)
- Experience in a professional services or commercial environment advantageous
- Minimum 3 years post-articles experience in an accounting role
- Exposure to financial reporting, audits, and compliance
- Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and accounting software proficiency
