About the Role

As a Quality Engineer at Staff Solutions, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our manufacturing processes meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. You will be responsible for driving problem-solving activities, controlling nonconforming products, and maintaining accurate quality documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that quality standards and requirements are met.
  • Drive problem solving activities in response to customer complaints.
  • Control nonconforming products.
  • Ensure product requalification is conducted according to the customer requirements.
  • Create and maintain quality documentation.
  • Ensure that all quality measuring equipment is calibrated.
  • Ensure all quality lab requirements are conducted according to the company procedure.
  • Support compliance to IATF 16949.

Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Critical)
  • Process Auditing (VDA 6.3)
  • Core Tools
  • SPC & MSA
  • Diploma/BSC in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 2 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • 2 years’ experience in a similar field.
  • 1 year experience within the quality control lab.
