About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Guest Relations Manager to lead our 5-star luxury hotel’s guest services team in Mumbai, India. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service to our high-end guests and upholding the rigorous standards of a global 5-star luxury brand.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring personalized and seamless service from arrival to departure.
- Uphold and exceed the rigorous standards of a global 5-star luxury brand.
- Manage and resolve guest inquiries or concerns with diplomacy and grace.
- Lead and mentor the Guest Relations team to foster a culture of excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years in the hospitality industry, specifically within Luxury 5-Star Brands
- Fluent English; additional languages are a bonus
