About the Role
A senior General Manager is urgently needed for our new Restaurant opening in Ballito, KZN. We are seeking an experienced and skilled leader to oversee the complete Restaurant operation, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and team management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete Restaurant operation
- Manage staff, including training and development
- Implement and maintain stock control procedures
- Handle Restaurant administration tasks
- Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures
- Develop and implement effective customer relations strategies
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of Restaurant management experience
- At least 5 years in a General Manager role
- Strong operations management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of staff management and training
- Experience in stock control, Restaurant administration, and opening/closing procedures
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Formal education or relevant qualifications (if applicable)
Salary & Benefits
- R 30 – 50 K CTC with incentives and future profit share opportunities after 12 months
