Job Description:
- Act as first point of contact for students, tenants, and visitors
– Manage reception area, calls, and front-desk operations
– Handle queries, complaints, and service requests
– Coordinate maintenance work orders and contractor access
– Support student accommodation administration and communication
– Monitor admin emails and respond or escalate queries
– Assist with meetings, minutes, and general office support
– Maintain professionalism and service standards at all times
