Job Description

Are you an experienced logistics professional with a background in animal nutrition, feed additives, or agricultural supply chains? We are seeking a Logistics Controller to join a leading organisation in the animal nutrition industry, ensuring the efficient movement, planning, and coordination of feed additive products throughout the supply chain. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the inbound and outbound logistics of feed additives and related products. Monitor stock availability and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demand. Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, warehouses, and internal stakeholders to ensure efficient product movement. Track shipments and proactively manage delivery schedules. Assist with inventory planning and stock control activities. Resolve logistics-related issues, delays, and supply chain disruptions. Maintain accurate logistics records, reporting, and documentation. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain and logistics function. Ensure compliance with company procedures and industry standards. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Agriculture, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3 to 5 years’ experience in a logistics, supply chain, planning, or operations role. Experience within the feed additives, animal nutrition, premix, feed manufacturing, or agricultural industries is essential. Strong understanding of inventory management, transport coordination, and supply chain processes. Experience working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Experience and Qualifications Experience coordinating feed additive, premix, animal nutrition, or agricultural product logistics. Knowledge of import, export, warehousing, and transport processes will be advantageous. Relevant tertiary qualification will be beneficial.
