An exciting opportunity exists for a Deal Captain to join our client’s high-performing team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving transactions forward, ensuring all parties remain aligned and critical milestones are achieved efficiently. Key Responsibilities Oversee the end-to-end coordination of transaction activities Maintain transaction schedules and monitor key deliverables Liaise with clients, legal teams, financial advisors, and other stakeholders Coordinate due diligence requests and documentation management Track risks, dependencies, and action items throughout the deal lifecycle Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and transaction materials Support negotiations and transaction closing activities Ensure smooth communication between all parties involved Requirements Degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, Economics, Law, or a related discipline Proven experience in a transaction-focused environment Strong understanding of deal processes and commercial transactions Excellent organisational and multitasking skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage competing deadlines and priorities Professional communication and relationship management skills Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
