About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and organized Temp Office Assistant to join our team in Cape Town City Centre. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an administrative or office support role, with a strong focus on ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct stock takes of electronic assets and inventory
- Management of access control to the office building and parking
- Manage and track company assets, ensuring proper allocation, record-keeping, and secure storage
- Ordering and management of office supplies
- Supply assistance to the team as required
- Prepare packaging and dispatching for couriers
- Manage work for the external cleaning service provider
- Ensure and maintain the general tidiness of the office
- Ensure the office is opened in the morning and locked up in the afternoon
Requirements
- A minimum of Matric / Grade 12 qualification
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
- Google Workspace and Microsoft Teams experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
