Optimi is looking for a motivated and adaptable Retentions Consultant to join our fast-paced Sales division on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate must have strong sales and retention skills, thrive in a high-pressure environment, and be passionate about customer engagement and service excellence. REQUIREMENTS Grade 12 Sales/Marketing qualification (advantageous) Minimum 3 years in a sales-related role Proficient in MS Office Fluent in English (written and verbal Fluent in Afrikaans (advantageous) DUTIES Lead retention campaigns and upsell efforts. Professionally manage cancellation requests. Build lasting client relationships to enhance loyalty. Promote additional services and products to existing clients. Convert leads efficiently and meet monthly sales targets. Conduct outbound campaigns (fin awaiting, debicheck, etc.). Follow sales scripts and maintain quality standards. Assist walk-in clients and attend sales events (e.g., expos). Manage all call-related tasks efficiently. Prioritize and handle work items effectively. Maintain adherence to sales schedules. Submit accurate reports on sales performance. Share insights and suggestions for process improvements. Update CRM/sales tools regularly. Support colleagues when needed.
