Job Description

Nurture Health is seeking a compassionate and patient-centred Enrolled Nurse to join our interdisciplinary rehabilitation team. Reporting to the Nursing Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting the Registered Nurse in delivering high-quality nursing care, monitoring patient progress, and enabling patients to actively participate in their rehabilitation journey. You will work closely with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to achieve meaningful patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Execute daily nursing duties and allocated patient care activities in accordance with Nurture Healths nursing policies, processes, and systems. Monitor patients clinical status, recognise and report changes, and contribute information that supports interdisciplinary clinical decision-making. Deliver hands-on nursing care, including skin and wound care, continence care, medication administration within scope, basic life support, and compliance with care bundles. Requirements Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as an Enrolled Nurse, with proven experience caring for medically complex patients within the private healthcare sector. Strong clinical observation, communication, organisational, and teamwork skills, with the ability to respond effectively to changes in patient condition and work within structured routines.
