About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Slimming & Laser Specialist to join our team in Green Point, Cape Town. As a key member of our salon, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, performing various slimming and laser treatments, and contributing to the overall success of our business.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform slimming and laser treatments as per client requirements
- Provide high-quality spa services including massage, body wraps, scrubs, facials, and electrical treatments
- Maintain a clean and hygienic environment for clients
- Work efficiently to meet treatment schedules and deadlines
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized service
- Collaborate with the salon team to achieve business objectives
Requirements
- CIDESCO or ITEC certification in slimming and/or laser therapy
- 2 years of industry experience post-graduation in a related field
- Experience working on cruise ships performing Ionothermie is an advantage
- Aesthetic or Laser Clinic experience is a bonus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness and ability to perform multiple body services back-to-back
Qualifications
- SAAHSP certification (if applicable)
- City & Guilds diploma in Somatology (if applicable)
- N-Dip Somatology Diploma (if applicable)
Salary & Benefits
- Basic salary: R8,000 per month (negotiable based on relevant experience and skills)
- 5% commission earned per treatment performed
- 10% commission on all products sold
