Dealer Compliance & Standards

  • Manage and oversee dealer development and upgrade rollout plans
  • Ensure all facility signage, layout plans, and visibility elements align with brand corporate identity standards and compliance guidelines
  • Develop and maintain dealer compliance scorecards
  • Identify, categorise, and prioritise dealer compliance gaps
  • Issue, monitor, and follow up on corrective action plans
  • Oversee updates and developments related to customer facility requirements from marketing and other departments
  • Liaise with dealer teams and external contractors regarding facility and compliance projects
  • Prepare and distribute dealer auditing reports
  • Monitor project pipeline completeness and implementation progress
  • Coordinate effective time management arrangements for projects and dealer visits
  • Monitor dealer status in alignment with sales department and network management requirements
  • Conduct regular visits to dealer sites across the full dealer network, including cross-border operations

Sales Training – New Vehicles

  • Develop and maintain annual dealer sales training plans, including product and sales orientation schedules
  • Develop comprehensive training content and manuals aligned with market research and competitor analysis
  • Coordinate with outsourced training providers to ensure:
    • Product accuracy and segment suitability
    • Competitive positioning alignment and key unique selling points
    • Effective sales and customer engagement orientation
  • Ensure training quality, attendance tracking, and certification management
  • Coordinate cross-departmental information for training content development
  • Coordinate and manage training completion awards and certifications
  • Ensure accurate attendance records are maintained
  • Implement post-training assessments to evaluate training effectiveness
  • Maintain dealer sales certification registers
  • Monitor training effectiveness indicators including conversion support, positioning confidence, and margin discipline
  • Ensure compliance-driven capability gaps are addressed through structured training interventions

Product Research & Development

  • Conduct industry-standard product comparison reports for training and product alignment purposes
  • Perform in-depth market assessments across various product ranges and segments
  • Compile pricing and transactional reports analysing competitor activity and market positioning
  • Conduct competitor product range and segment analysis
  • Analyse competitor financial offerings and deal structures
  • Monitor customer database zoning and reporting activities
  • Provide product alignment feedback to internal training and product departments

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

  • Degree or equivalent qualification
  • 5–8 years’ experience within the automotive or commercial vehicle industry
  • Automotive sector training background is essential
  • Dealer network exposure is essential
  • Experience in training coordination or standards compliance preferred
  • Experience within the commercial vehicle sector and product research methodologies
  • Travel experience including local, cross-border, and international travel
  • Valid Code 8 driver’s licence
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
  • Team player with a confident and proactive approach
  • Ability to anticipate operational issues and business requirements proactively
