10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5+ years in an executive or senior management role.
Proven success leading digital transformation in the insurance, fintech, or financial services sector.
Strong expertise in systems integration, cloud architecture, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
Demonstrated ability to translate business strategy into effective technology delivery.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
