About the Role
Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking to employ an Export Coordinator to join their team based in Elandsfontein. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and administering export shipments, managing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with SARS requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute export shipments via road, rail, sea, or air
- Process and capture export orders on SAP
- Prepare and manage all export documentation (Commercial Invoices, SADC certificates, Letters of Origin, etc.)
- Maintain accurate shipping records and tracking sheets
- Archive export documentation in line with compliance standards
Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Relevant qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, or International Trade advantageous
- Knowledge of Incoterms and export procedures
- Understanding of SARS compliance and export documentation requirements
- 25 years experience in an export coordination or logistics role
- Experience within a manufacturing or FMCG environment advantageous
