About the Role You will ensure financial stability by managing vendor accounts payable. This position exists to maintain precise cash flow records and preserve critical supplier relationships. Accurate disbursement prevents supply chain disruptions and secures continuous logistics operations. You will help the company achieve profitability targets by optimizing working capital management. You will directly impact the finance department by providing accurate cost data analysis. Your Main Duties Check, verify, and capture high volumes of local and international supplier invoices daily. Match freight invoices against purchase orders and approved customs clearing documents. Reconcile complex supplier statements against internal general ledger accounts every month. Prepare weekly and monthly payment runs for both local and foreign creditors. Manage foreign currency accounts and handle forward exchange contract variances. Talk directly with suppliers and internal teams to resolve invoice queries and payment disputes quickly. Examine age analysis reports to make sure they follow corporate credit terms. Keep an organized digital filing system for all tax invoices and statements. Help the Financial Manager with balance sheet reconciliations and audit preparation. What They Need From You Education: Matric certificate Industry Experience: At least 3 years experience in the logistics industry. Cargo Wise experience Skills: Strong skills in handling multi-currency shipping files and customs disbursement invoices. Software: Good working knowledge of specialized logistics ERP finance software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Knowledge: A deep understanding of SARS VAT rules for imports. Traits: attention to detail for finding errors on large statements, and clear, assertive communication skills to resolve disputes with overseas vendors. This exclusive opportunity is managed by TRP.
