About the Role
WatersEdge Solutions is partnering with a client to recruit a detail-oriented and motivated Tax Analyst. This is a strong opportunity for someone looking to build a career in VAT and indirect tax compliance while working closely with experienced account managers and supporting global client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture, process, and analyse tax-related data
- Support account managers with VAT filings including VAT returns, ECSLs, and Intrastat reports
- Draft professional email communication
- Perform VAT compliance checks
- Assist with technical research
- Handle administrative tasks as needed by the team
- Communicate with tax offices where required
- Assist with client and tax authority queries and issue resolution
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, account managers, and other team members
- Deliver accurate and relevant information to internal and external stakeholders
- Support audit preparation and audit responses
- Take on ad-hoc tasks to help meet business and administrative goals
