About the Role

Abantu Staffing Solutions is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Tender Administrator in our Margate office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our engineering and quantity surveying teams, as well as assisting with tender administration and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with tender administration and related documentation
  • Capture and maintain accurate information on Excel
  • Support the Engineer (Civil) and Quantity Surveyor with administrative duties
  • Ensure documentation is updated and filed correctly
  • General office and project administration support

Requirements

  • Matric / Relevant qualification
  • Valid driver’s licence (non-negotiable)
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills (information capturing & administration)
  • Knowledge of tendering systems/processes
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Professional, disciplined, and reliable
