Margate: Tender Administrator (Available to start immediately)

Job Description

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, specifically in the area of tender administration. The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills, a valid driver’s licence, and basic Microsoft Excel skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with tender administration and related documentation
  • Capture and maintain accurate information on Excel
  • Support the Engineer (Civil) and Quantity Surveyor with administrative duties
  • Ensure documentation is updated and filed correctly
  • General office and project administration support

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s licence (non-negotiable)
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills (information capturing & administration)
  • Knowledge of tendering systems/processes
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Professional, disciplined, and reliable

Qualifications

No formal qualifications are required for this position. However, relevant experience in a similar role is preferred.
