About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to a team in Margate, assisting with tender administration and related documentation, and maintaining accurate information on Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with tender administration and related documentation
  • Capture and maintain accurate information on Microsoft Excel
  • Support the Engineer (Civil) and Quantity Surveyor with administrative duties
  • Ensure documentation is updated and filed correctly
  • General office and project administration support

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s licence (non-negotiable)
  • Basic Microsoft Excel skills (information capturing & administration)
  • Knowledge of tendering systems/processes
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Professional, disciplined, and reliable

Qualifications

  • Matric / Relevant qualification
