About the Role
We are seeking a General Manager who can take full ownership of our dynamic hospitality business and turn operational excellence into measurable profit. This role is suited to a proven hospitality operator who is comfortable managing complexity and driving performance across multiple revenue streams.
Key Responsibilities
- Be present during peak periods, including weekends and events
- Oversee evening operations where required
- Act as the on-site leader and face of the property
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior hospitality leadership (minimum 10 years)
- Experience as a General Manager / Resort Manager / Lodge Manager
- Strong exposure to:
- Conferencing
- Weddings and events
- Food & Beverage operations
- Strong commercial and financial acumen
- Multi-department operational management
- Leadership and team development
- High attention to detail
- Ability to perform under pressure
- Strong interpersonal and guest engagement skills
