Investment Administration Processing new investment applications. Processing additional investments, switches, withdrawals, and transfers. Assisting with Retirement Annuity, Preservation Fund, Living Annuity, and Endowment administration. Preparing investment review documentation. Obtaining and providing client investment statements. Assisting with Glacier fee renegotiations. Following up on outstanding requirements and servicing requests. Tracking and managing investment cases through to completion. Maintaining accurate client records and electronic filing systems.Risk Administration Processing risk applications, amendments, increases, reductions, and cancellations. Obtaining quotations and preparing comparison reports. Following up on underwriting requirements. Liaising with clients, advisors, underwriters, and service providers. Managing policy servicing requests and amendments. Assisting with claims administration and follow-up.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NON negotiable Must speak, read and write Afrikaans Minimum Grade 12. Relevant administrative experience within the financial services industry. Experience with Glacier and/or Sanlam products will be advantageous. Understanding of investment, retirement, and risk products. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Strong administrative and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
