About the Role
Kendrick Recruitment is seeking an experienced and highly organised Group Representative for a luxury game lodge based in Bela Bela. This live-in role is ideal for a guest-focused hospitality professional who excels at coordinating seamless, end-to-end guest journeys within a high-end safari environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full guest journey from arrival to departure
- Coordinate all transfers, arrivals, departures and group logistics
- Act as the main on-site contact for all group requirements
- Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues proactively and efficiently
- Ensure a seamless, luxury guest experience throughout the stay
- Liaise with all lodge departments to ensure smooth service delivery
- Oversee daily scheduling, logistics and operational coordination
- Maintain clear and consistent communication across departments
- Ensure all group information is accurate and up to date
- Maintain a professional and engaging guest presence at all times
- Assist with reporting and feedback on guest experiences where required
Requirements
Previous experience in luxury hospitality, lodges or guest relations
Strong background in coordinating guest logistics or group travel
Experience working with high-end international clientele advantageous
Understanding of safari or lodge operations beneficial
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and coordination abilities
Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure
High level of attention to detail and a guest-centric mindset
Professional, well-presented and confident demeanour
Ability to work independently in a remote, live-in environment
Flexible with working hours based on guest movements
Strong problem-solving ability
