About the Role
The Housekeeping Supervisor position at Perfect Placement Recruitment requires a highly skilled and experienced individual to oversee the housekeeping department of our client’s establishment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service delivery in all areas of the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise, train, motivate, and manage all housekeeping staff
- Maintain and implement procedures to ensure cleanliness of all hotel areas including rooms, public areas, and outside areas
- Conduct daily meetings and handovers with housekeeping staff
- Manage staff rostering and scheduling
- Conduct monthly stock takes and maintain inventory control
- Assist with guest queries and handle guest complaints professionally
- Ensure high standards of presentation, hygiene, and service delivery at all times
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in housekeeping management/supervisory role
- Grade 12 essential
- Computer literate
- Formal hospitality qualification/diploma preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Polite, friendly, and professional with a strong personality
- Excellent attention to detail

Salary & Benefits
The salary range for this position is R12 000 – R15 000 per month. Accommodation will be provided.
