About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office and Spa Receptionist to join our client’s team in Groblersbrug. As a key member of the front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Handle reservations, enquiries, and guest requests
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing
- Ensure exceptional guest service at all times
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
Previous experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment
MUST have Opera hotel system experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Well-groomed with a professional appearance
Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Proficient in computer systems (hotel systems experience advantageous)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Hospitality qualification advantageous

Salary & Benefits
R8 000 – R10 000 per month. Live-in position with accommodation provided.
