About the Role

As a Senior Development Transfer Secretary, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely progress reporting to clients, agents, and business sources, while managing documentation, compliance, and system processes within the conveyancing lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sending weekly progress reports to clients, agents, and stakeholders
  • Preparing and managing conveyancing documents
  • Ensuring compliance with SARS and Rates systems
  • Managing diaries, emails, and internal systems (GhostConvey)
  • Maintaining accurate records and workflow timelines

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working on Development Transfers
  • Must have experience as a Conveyancing Secretary
