About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Draughtsman / Architectural Technologist to join our team, assisting in the preparation of technical drawings and documentation for various architectural projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate architectural drawings and documentation using Revit
  • Produce council submission drawings and documentation
  • Assist with XA applications and submission processes
  • Develop technical detailing and construction drawings
  • Coordinate drawings with consultants and other disciplines
  • Ensure drawings comply with municipal regulations and building standards
  • Update and maintain drawing records and project documentation
  • Attend project and site meetings when required
  • Assist with revisions and amendments throughout project stages

Requirements

  • Experience in Revit
  • Knowledge of council submission processes
  • Familiarity with XA applications and submission processes
  • Strong technical detailing and construction drawing skills
