About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Plettenberg Bay. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing our existing client database, expanding our client base through new business development and canvassing, as well as providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and service existing client database
- Expand client base through new business development and canvassing
- Conduct continuous follow-up and build network of contacts to secure client agreements
- Understand client environments and requirements
- Perform data crunching, research, and analysis
- Utilize strong time management and work under pressure skills to meet targets
- Compile and advertise positions on various platforms
- Screen and match candidates to client requirements through the full recruitment life cycle
- Provide in-service training as required
Requirements
- Minimum Matric
- Tertiary Qualification highly recommended
- Must be living in Plettenberg Bay or surrounds, with a commitment to working office-based during office hours (no negotiations will be considered)
- A proven track record of at least 2-3 years in external sales, preferably in the services sector
- Strong pipeline to conversion ratio and existing database of contacts/network/clients
