About the Role

Our client in the Milling Industry is seeking a dedicated Feed Production Supervisor to oversee manufacturing and ensure smooth, efficient operations in Bloemfontein. The ideal candidate will be passionate about animal feed production and possess excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Manage and supervise staff to achieve production targets
Monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards
Implement and enforce quality control procedures in accordance with ISO 22000, Act 36 Agriculture, and Farm Feed regulations

Requirements

Valid driver’s licence and own transport
National Senior Certificate or NQF 4 equivalent
Feed Miller certification
5 years experience in a supervisory role within a feed production facility
Strong Microsoft skills
Excellent knowledge of animal feed production processes
