About the Role
Hire Resolve, a well-established international organisation specialising in enhancing customer journeys, travel assistance, and loyalty programmes, is seeking an experienced Back Office Team Lead to ensure smooth and efficient back-office operations. With a minimum of 35 years experience in back-office operations, administration, customer service, or support environments, the ideal candidate will have at least 12 years supervisory or team leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day back-office operations
- Supervise and train team members
- Ensure quality assurance and reporting processes are up to date
- Lead process improvements to increase efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer journeys
Requirements
- Minimum 35 years of experience in back-office operations, administration, customer service, or support environments
- At least 12 years supervisory or team leadership experience
- Experience in a fast-paced, service-driven or contact centre environment is advantageous
- Exposure to quality assurance, reporting, or process improvement is preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Management, or related field (minimum 7 years of formal education)
