About the Role
A leading company in the Beverage sector is looking for a SHE&R Admin to support its health, safety, environment, and risk compliance functions. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-focused professional with strong knowledge of SHEQ systems and a passion for safety and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update SHEQ documentation and records in line with company policies and ISO standards
- Assist with the implementation and monitoring of SHE&R programs across the site
- Support audit preparation and conduct internal inspections to ensure compliance
- Coordinate safety training sessions and ensure training records are current
- Compile incident reports, track corrective actions, and follow up on close-outs
- Assist in conducting risk assessments and updating the HIRA register
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure SHE&R communication is effectively maintained
Requirements
- SAMTRAC certification (essential)
- HIRA
- Sound knowledge of ISO 9001, 14001, 22000, and 45001
- At least 2 years of SHEQ or SHE&R administration experience
- Experience in the Beverage, Food, FMCG industry
- Proficient in MS Office and SHEQ management systems
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
