Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12/Equivalent
  • 1 to 3 years in a manufacturing, packaging or plastic processing environment
  • Basic to understand mechanics, hydraulic and pnemetics
  • Strong attention to details
  • Ability to read setup sheets, follow operating procedures and use precision measuring instruments
  • Ability to stand for long period and handle the physical demands of a fast paced hig heat production

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Operating blow moulding machines, during production runs
  • Loading raw plastic materials and monitoring material flow adjusting machine settings to maintainquality standards
  • Inspecting finished products for defects
  • Identifying and resolving common production issues
  • Recording production data and down tine
  • Following safety procedures and workplace guidelines
