Job Requirements Proven work experience in a similar role in a 4/5-star lodge essential Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and accurately In-depth understanding of lodge management best practices and relevant laws Hands-on experience with Hotel Management software (PMS) Proficiency in English with solid written and verbal communication skills Customer service driven with outstanding listening and interpersonal skills Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities Leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams to high performance Flexibility to work varied hours Strong sense of responsibility and professional presentation Resourceful and proactive approach to challenges Excellent organizational skills Degree/Diploma in Hospitality advantageous Responsibilities Deliver flawless, upscale guest service experiences and ensure ultimate guest relations Meet; greet, and host guests, creating a welcoming environment Inform guests about lodge facilities and offerings Coordinate check-ins and check-outs Supervise lodge employees and maintain housekeeping standards Oversee room preparation and coordinate maintenance follow-ups Manage stock control, administration, and lodge systems effectively Package R 10 000 per month Single live-in accommodation Start Date: ASAP
