About the Role
The Good Human (Pty)Ltd is seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and out-of-home channels to drive player acquisition, engagement, and brand visibility in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns across sportsbook, casino, and promotional products
- Translate campaign briefs into actionable plans across digital, retail, and OOH channels
- Manage campaign timelines, ensuring on-time and in-full delivery
- Coordinate with internal teams (CRM, Digital, Creative, Operations) to ensure alignment
Requirements
- 35 years experience in marketing within iGaming, betting, or digital consumer environments
- Strong understanding of:
- Digital marketing (paid media, CRM, performance marketing)
- Traditional marketing channels
- Out-of-home (OOH) media planning and execution
- Experience executing multi-channel campaigns end-to-end
- Understanding of customer acquisition funnels and player journeys
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and optimise based on data
- Strong project management and organisational skills
