About the Role
The Organisation Design Specialist will be responsible for providing expert organisational design services to clients across Johannesburg, with a focus on large multi-site or multi-branch environments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR analytics, reporting, and dashboards, as well as experience with organisational restructuring and succession planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct organisational design assessments and develop tailored solutions for clients
- Oversee or manage organisational structures across large multi-site or multi-branch environments
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies and talent management initiatives
- Create HR analytics reports and dashboards using Excel/Power BI
- Provide expert consulting and influencing services to stakeholders
- Assist with organisational restructuring, succession planning, and change management
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or related field
- 10 years experience in organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, or organisational development
- Experience overseeing or managing organisational structures across large multi-site or multi-branch environments (±100 branches)
- Strong experience in HR analytics, reporting, and dashboards (Excel / Power BI advantageous)
- Experience with organisational restructuring and succession planning
- Knowledge of job evaluation, role analysis, and workforce planning frameworks
