About the Role

A leading FMCG manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Production Manager to lead and optimise high-volume production operations within a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and optimise high-volume production operations
  • Manage large teams and multiple production lines
  • Implement food safety standards (HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO)
  • Analyse manufacturing KPIs, OEE, and continuous improvement tools
  • Provide excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Production Management, Engineering, Food Technology, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in FMCG or food manufacturing
  • At least 810 years of senior management experience
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, FSSC 22000, ISO)
