About the Role

The Key Accounts & New Business Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by generating new sales leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, and promoting new products and services. This role requires a customer-focused approach, providing support to both internal and external stakeholders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify new business sales leads
  • Build, establish, and maintain sustainable customer relationships to drive business growth
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets in line with annual objectives and commission structures
  • Promote and create awareness of new products and services (Connectivity Solutions, Cloud Communications, Cloud Services and Security Solutions)
  • Develop strong business relationships with customers to ensure long-term loyalty and service excellence
  • Effectively manage daily and weekly sales activities and priorities
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently and professionally
  • Process customer agreements and new order documentation accurately
  • Prepare and submit new business service orders
  • Maintain and grow the existing customer base while ensuring contract retention
  • Compile and submit relevant sales, customer, and internal reports
  • Stay informed of industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies
  • Achieve sales targets in accordance with the company’s performance and commission structure

Requirements

  • Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
